Even if the cap is reached, we keep recruiting to make the right hire. Your time, your morale, and your bottom-line are important to us. Smith James Group does not charge expensive flat fees, retainers, bloated administration charges, or cancellation fees. We build and maintain a database of companies from your industry, with contact names for potential quality referrals.
