yo UNIQUE SCREENING & EVALUATION PROCESS: Smith James Group, Inc. uses an approach which incorporates two unique components. First, each candidate completes a series essay questions we design with you. The essay responses helps us together gauge “how the candidate thinks”, how they communicate in writing, and enables us to preliminarily assess whether they are a qualified candidate. Second, we conduct digitally recorded phone interviews which you can easily download and review, enabling us to quickly eliminate and confirm potential finalist candidates. We ask each candidate the same questions and record the candidates’ exact responses resulting in the equivalent of a totally unbiased first interview. This process also facilitates immediate buy-in from potential candidates, and quickly uncovers individuals who are not committed to pursuing the opportunity. Your image is enhanced by the quality and thoroughness of the questions posed to all candidates. COST AND PROJECT CONTROL: We charge for our services by the hour. We guarantee never to exceed what you would pay to traditional retained executive search firms. Our Cost-Based-On-Efforts business model does not require retainers, expensive cancellation fees or administrative charges.
